All food, feed, or food contact items that are subject to official controls will need to pay the required fees prior to release of the container/trailer.

You can set up a pre-payment plan, whereby you deposit funds with us and we will send you a reminder when your funds are low. You will receive a monthly statement on how your funds have been used.

Alternatively, you can pay online by credit card using a unique reference number we provide, and once we receive notification of payment (either from our system, or you provide a receipt of payment) your consignment will be released.
